About The Art Hut

A typical definition of “Art” is something created, expressing one’s feelings by using skill and imagination, usually appreciated for its beauty or emotional message. The Art Hut is just that…an array of different art classes including craft making where you can create your art masterpieces in a relaxed fun tropical atmosphere either with friends or much needed alone time and we supply all the materials needed. The Art Hut realizes in this hectic, fast-paced and techy world people of all ages need a way to turnoff, escape and rejuvenate, to go back in time and use our hands and imagination, some even call it therapeutic. You can relax, socialize and have fun or take more serious multi week educational style classes. We have different types of classes available for ages 18 months and up, beginners to more advanced. Every class is instructed and guided by one of our experienced staff members. We also offer parties for children to adults. If you have a special event, our staff of artists and crafters will come up with an artistic craft. Our goal with every party is to personalize it and make the VIP feel special from the time they walk in to the time they walk out. Call or email us for more details.

SPACE 3-Day Mini Camp (Ages 5-16)

During this 3-day mini camp we will be making items revolving around space and things found in space. Activities will be mixed media style. This 3-day mini camp is open to 5-16 year olds. You are welcome to send a snack. Please drop your child off a few minutes early so we can start promptly. Each camp is currently only open to 10 partcipants.

INTRO to CARTOONING (Ages 7-14)

Come join our instructor Bri as she teaches students basic skills, as they follow along to create favorite/popular characters and guide them in using their imaginations and creating their own characters and stories. They will complete their drawings by using colored pencils, markers and graphite.

LOVE TO PAINT 3-Day Mini (5-16)

During this 3-day mini camp we will be painting using different types of mediums such as acrylic, watercolor and gouache. They will also learn not all painting needs to be done with a brush. Many different items will be used to paint our projects. This 3-day mini camp is open to 5-16 year olds. You are welcome to send a snack.
