About Broadway Bound Dance Centre

Broadway Bound Dance Center was founded by former Radio City Rockette, Kim Helfrich, in 1997. Since then, Kim and the exceptional staff have provided top quality dance instruction in a range of disciplines, including Toddler Dance, Pre Ballet & Tap, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Hip Hop. BBDC is also home to two competitive companies: The Force Advanced Competitive Dance Company and the The Force Tap Team. With a well-rounded curriculum and experienced instructors, BBDC provides a safe and positive environment for dancers to grow and thrive.

Broadway Babies I
​​Broadway Babies I is a class designed to introduce toddlers to basic ballet. This class emphasizes coordination skills through movement with music. It introduces stretch movements through dance combinations to children's songs. Toddlers will have an in-house performance at the dance studio in June.

Pre Ballet / Tap II
​Pre Ballet / Tap II is the Continuation of Pre Ballet / Tap I. Combination ballet and tap class teaches the student coordination skills, rhythm, basic terminology, and proper use of muscles. This will help prepare the student for the next level of dance and additional dance styles. Students will perform both a ballet dance and tap dance in the studio's end of the year dance recital.

Musical Theater I 5-7
Musical Theater I is a beginner class for students interested in both dancing and acting. Students will learn the beginner basics of the Broadway Jazz as well as performance and facial expressions.
