At My Gym, we're passionate about fostering a fun and physically engaging environment that allows children to reach their milestones. From taking their first steps to tumbling down mats, we take joy in celebrating their achievements with them and their excited parents. We believe that by providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, kids of all abilities can grow in confidence and self-esteem. Our original vision has grown into a reality, with over 700 locations worldwide and countless children enjoying our unique approach. Every member of the My Gym family is special to us, and we're honored to have the opportunity to help them reach their full potential. We understand that children learn best through play, and our goal is to provide a safe and engaging space for children to explore their physical abilities and develop into happy and self-assured adults. Tiny Tykes 3m - 12m

An adorable class for our littlest non-walking members! ♥♥♥ In this program, you and your baby are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, songs, dances, and baby-safe rides and adventures. Have your camera app ready! You’ll definitely want to capture ALL the cuteness. It’s amazing to see your little ones expand their hand, arm, and trunk control. Within no time, you’ll have little movers and shakers! 🥰🥰🥰 As new and stimulating activities are introduced, our Tiny Tykes discover their mobility and advance their physical and cognitive development.

Sibling & Friends! 3m - 5y 11m

My Gym's Sibling & Friends Class is designed for all children between the ages of 3 months and 6 yrs old. A perfect solution for parents of multiple children or friends of different ages, our class curriculum is designed to both nurture and challenge each age group in distinct ways. Children in this class have fun as they participate in songs, dances, relays, games, and more with their built-in best friend… Their sibling! Don't have a sibling? No problem! If you're looking for a class where mixed-age friends can participate together, then this is the class for you.

Pre-Ballet 3y - 5y

Pre-ballet introduces the fundamentals of a structured dance class in a fun, noncompetitive way! Children will gain confidence as they learn the vocabulary of ballet, are taught basic stretches and barre exercises, and are given opportunities to move to music. This class is designed to encourage an early love of dance!
