About Nj Swim Florham Park & Warren

Swimming lessons are taught year-round for children of all ages during the school year. Intensive Summer Swim programs are offered during July and August. Water Babies through competitive swim team prep classes plus every swim skill level in between, are available at Njswim Florham Park. The warm water pool coupled with the beautiful under-the-sea mural and small group class sizes, set the tone for a peaceful, teaching environment for kids. Large locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers are available. Parents can watch their swimmers from the pool deck viewing area.

Water Babies 3 – 30 MONTHS (8:1)
In this class your water baby will be introduced to water acclimation, breath control and coordination. Introductory skills include: floating, balance, buoyancy, and comfort.

This level is the first level independent of their parents with the teacher. Skills include breath control, supported floating and how to enter and exit the pool safely.

Level 1 Aquatic Adaptation (3:1)
This level is geared to provide a solid base of swimming experience for the first- time swimmer. Breath control, buoyancy, supported kicking & paddling, submerging, and the fundamentals of proper body positions are the key skills for the beginner swimmer.
