We would like to thank you for choosing our Educational Gymnastics Fitness Academy for your child/children. A positive approach to teaching is always used. Teachers create opportunities to praise the students. A few qualities that are required of a good teacher include patience, a high energy level, organizational skills, friendliness, nice appearance,and the desire and ability to work with children in a positive manner. Our Educational Gymnastics Program is designed to provide children with opportunities for expression, self-discovery, and the Joy of effort through self challenging gymnastics and fitness activity. Our Educational Program will give them a total gymnastics fitness experience. They will given the opportunity to enhance their safety education as well as their physical, mental, emotional and psychological qualities within a Fun Non-Stressful Environment.

Pre-School Stars ( 3 - 4 years)

The class begins with an elaborate obstacle course that not only challenges the child's ability, but also introduces important social skills like staying in line and taking turns. The instructor then takes all the children to the gym equipment (bars, beam, and trampoline) and other areas to work on specific skills. The class ends with activities that develop eye tracking and hand/eye coordination using balls, parachutes, and other apparatus.

Pre-School/Kinder Gym Stars (4-5 years)

A specially designed curriculum is used to provide a safe and progressive approach to learning, which in turn, allows the children many opportunities for success and praise. Every lesson begins with a warm-up followed by three event rotations. The focus is on improving the child's body awareness, balance, rhythm, coordination, and self confidence. An elaborate obstacle course is used at this level

Stars Gymnastics (6-15 years)

Prior to enrollment, every new student is tested to assure placement in the appropriate class with other children of the same abilities. This helps to ensure that each class member is working at the same level and provides a positive environment for everyone. Educational Class activities include a structured warm-up, work on the gymnastics apparatus, and a conditioning period at the end of each class. This program has six levels of gymnastics fitness training. Beginner Intermediate l Intermediate Stars Advanced I Advanced II Advanced Stars C.G.A Team Stars
