Camps Kenwood and Evergreen

Camp Kenwood’s mission is to support our boys to become the best versions of themselves. Since 1930 we have helped our campers grow to be sportsmen, artists and men of compassion and character. We have chosen to keep Camp Kenwood’s population relatively small, with only 165 boys (ages 8-15). Within the bunk we have a 3 to 1 camper-to-counselor ratio. Our intimate size means that every Kenwood camper and counselor knows one another, which has cultivated a sense of unity and belonging since our founding. Camp Kenwood grows with your child through intentionally designed rituals, fun and exciting activities and trips, and intentional experiences that align with the wants and needs of each age group. Individual and team sports, creative art projects and making deep friendships are always at the heart of the Kenwood experience. Throughout your child’s time as a camper, each summer is designed to provide him with opportunities, skills and memories unique to life at Camp Kenwood.

Camp Evergreen was founded on the idea of helping young women grow to become the most confident, compassionate versions of themselves. Since 1950 we have raised generations of girls to become athletes, artists, friends and leaders. We have chosen to keep Evergreen’s camper population relatively small, with only 165 girls (ages 8-15). Within the bunk we have a 3 to 1 camper-to-counselor ratio. Our intimate size and timeless rituals create a culture where every camper and counselor in Evergreen knows one another, which has made it a powerful community since our first summer. Camp Evergreen fosters growth through carefully crafted traditions, developmentally appropriate programming and intentional experiences that match with your child’s phases of life. Individual and team sports, creative art projects and making deep friendships are always at the heart of the Evergreen experience.
