About Camp Wabasso

Camp Wabasso, owned and operated by the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, is the perfect place for your summer adventure! Nestled on a lakefront property within a dense pine forest, Camp Wabasso offers a range of activities for campers of all ages. From swimming and boating to archery and woodworking, campers have plenty of opportunities to explore and learn. For those looking for a more challenging experience, Camp Wabasso also offers extended tripping programs to explore nearby New Hampshire and Vermont, where campers can participate in whitewater rafting, mountain biking, hiking, and kayaking. Come explore the great outdoors at Camp Wabasso and create lasting memories this summer!

GSEMA Camps

Girl Scout camps and outdoor experiences provide opportunities for campers to discover, connect, and take action in ways that build their courage, confidence, and character. GSEMA camps offer campers unique and adventurous opportunities in the outdoors, including archery, rock climbing, ropes courses, swimming, survival camping, and more!

Summer Day Camp

Campers of all ages can embrace the leader within at Girl Scout day camp! All GSEMA day camps offer classic camp activities, including crafts, games, and campfires. Other activities vary by camp. Roundtrip bus transportation is included in the day camp fee. Full bus schedules can be found on individual camp pages.

Outdoor Adventures

High ropes courses and elements are a way for girls to work together as a group, or challenge themselves individually. We have a wide variety of high ropes elements available, each with its own challenge. Some elements have a “team belay system” where the group works together to pull team members off the ground. Some elements are more individual, presenting a challenge or obstacle for each climber to overcome. Our trained and certified professional staff are available to facilitate high challenge course programs. Tested, approved helmets and climbing harnesses provided. All participants are required to wear properly fitting helmets and harnesses at all times while on high elements. Instruction will be given and all safety procedures will be strictly enforced.
