Our classes incorporate all of the fundamentals of kickboxing, including focus mitts, heavy bag training, jump ropes and ladder drills. Strengthen your back, arms, core, coordination, agility, AND confidence in a judgement-free zone.

Combine fresh air, sunshine and intense training to enjoy the optimal health benefits of our bootcamp classes! Outdoor sprinting and agility drills pump your cardiovascular system, while strategic bodyweight exercises sculpt lean muscle.

The B&B Method is a METHOD of teaching BOXING while adding other elements of exercise in a structured and formatted class. BOXING AND BARBELLS, is a combination of learning competitive boxing and weight training.
