About Seacoast Family Martial Arts

At Seacoast Warriors, we are passionate about helping families learn to protect themselves and their loved ones. Located in Dover, New Hampshire, our martial arts school offers self-defense and martial arts training for the whole family, including kids, teens, and adults. We integrate a variety of traditional and modern disciplines, with a focus on real-world self-defense techniques to keep families safe both in the playground and on the street. Seacoast Warriors is committed to helping individuals and families develop the confidence, physical and mental strength, and indomitable spirit that comes with self-defense and martial arts training. We strive to provide a safe and realistic environment to support our students’ growth and development. Whether you’re a child, teen, or adult, we provide the resources and support for all family members to learn how to protect themselves and their loved ones.
