Carolina Flipz, located in Pineville, NC, is the perfect place for kids to learn gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling and ninja workout skills. Our experienced and dedicated coaches provide a positive and encouraging environment that encourages learning and having fun. We take extra care to instill our core values into our team and families, to ensure everyone is developing strong social, emotional and mental health. At Carolina Flipz, we strive to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere for our athletes to experience the joy of gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling and ninja workouts. Our unique program is designed to boost self-confidence, self-esteem and physical fitness. We strive to make sure our athletes are not only achieving their physical goals, but also developing into well-rounded individuals with strong mental and emotional health.

Recreational Gymnastics

Gymnasts will work on all gymnastic events including: bars, beam, floor, vault and trampoline. Focus is placed on flexibility, strength, skill development and self-confidence to become a well rounded athlete. Lesson plans and drills are utilized to optimize skill progression through the various levels of classes. These classes are available for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Coaches work with each child, at their own level, to make them feel empowered in and out of the gym.

Recreational Cheerleading

This class is for all skill levels ages 4-16 and meets once a week in person at our gym. Each athlete will work on stunts, tumbling, and individual skills which makes this class a great way to prepare for school cheerleading tryouts, get ready for all star cheerleading, or simply just experience the fun of Carolina Flipz!

Ninja Warrior Workout Recreational

This high-energy combination of obstacle training, martial arts, gymnastics, and freestyle movement is designed to harness an athletes limitless energy for a total body workout that builds strength, endurance, and character. This one hour class is for both boys and girls ages 6 yrs - 15 yrs that are excited to build strength, coordination and endurance through ninja warrior workouts, obstacle courses and exercises; including the 12' warped wall! Give us a call to sign up for a class or inquire for more information. We also have a Junior Ninja Warrior class for kids 3-5, that is held weekly for 45 minutes!

FlipzFest Summer Camp 2023

Fun filled, action packed, structured gymnastics based camp! Campers will engage in rotating between the main gymnastics events throughout the day to help progress their skills as well as play organized games and obstacle courses that coordinate with our weekly themes
