At Mangan Martial Arts Academy, we believe in providing an environment that is both safe and enjoyable for everyone. That's why our program was created with the whole family in mind. Our classes are open to ages 6 to adult, so everyone can learn martial arts and self-defense in a supportive and encouraging space. Head instructor Sensei Bob Mangan has been involved with the martial arts for over four decades. He has expertise in a variety of styles and works to stay up to date with the self-defense needs of our modern world. At Mangan Martial Arts Academy, we are passionate about helping our students become successful, safe, confident, and healthy through the practice of martial arts. Our goal is to give our students the tools and guidance they need to reach their full potential.

Kids Program

Martial Arts is one of the greatest gifts you can give your child. Not only can martial arts help your child physically, but psychologically as well. Children who attend Mangan Martial Arts Academy develop valuable life skills that will help your child now, but later in life as well. Mangan Martial Arts Academy does much more than just kicking and punching. Our academy teaches children self-discipline, leadership skills, focus, and respect. Kids and parents love our program because not only is it fun, but is also a challenging sport that helps our students realize that they can achieve even the most difficult tasks if they work hard, put their mind to it, and have the proper instruction to guide them.
