About Grow Your Mind

While learning to use these materials, the students also learn to express their ideas and feelings. In a safe and creative atmosphere, students build self esteem and get a boost of confidence. In addition, Grow Your Mind classes provide more than just the technical aspects of creating art. They show students that there is no right or wrong way to express themselves. The creative process of art teaches students to think outside the box and to be okay with their unique ideas. Art classes give kids the freedom to express themselves without fear of judgement.

Art Program
Nurture your child's passion for art. In this class, students work as true artists - learning art techniques and using mediums that fine artists use. We will work in 5 different mediums - acrylic paint, watercolor, pastel, pencil and clay. Students will come home with a new completed project every week! Different art projects are taught each session so if you have taken this favorite class in the past, you can be assured that you will create all NEW projects.
