Overnight Camp
Since 1931, Camp Kanuga campers have been forming lifelong friendships, experiencing new adventures and exploring their faith in our welcoming Christian community. Our Residential Camp experience is for boys and girls rising grades 2-11, who join us in the mountains of Western North Carolina for 6, 9 or 13-day sessions.
Amid mountain vistas, crisp streams and towering pines, campers cultivate teamwork and friendship, determination and goal setting, self-reliance and self-esteem, faith and spirituality, and healthy outdoor living.

Leadership Academy
Designed for rising 11th and 12th graders, the Leadership Academy’s service hour opportunities and exciting programming empowers campers with the skills they need to become Counselors-in-Training (CITs). The first week is comprised of leadership development and training. Participants serve the final two weeks volunteering as CITs. Additionally, those who have completed the Leadership Academy experience but aren’t yet graduating high school can apply to be a staff member at Camp as a Crew Member the summer following their CIT year.
