About Prestige Dance Institute, Inc.

Our staff of experienced and compassionate instructors are devoted to the development of each dancer. We strive to create an atmosphere for our students that encourages creative expression, technical growth, and artistic development. We offer a variety of classes to meet the needs of our students. Through the guidance of our staff, we aim to provide our students with an atmosphere that is safe, inspiring, and fun.

Pre Dance I Ages 3-4
Pre-Dance I is a creative movement class designed to introduce beginner ballet and beginner tap movement. Dancers will learn spatial awareness, proper motor skills, correct terminology, gain flexibility, musical awareness, and enhance listening skills. This is a great class for a beginner dancer as he/she will learn coordination and poise while having fun in a nurturing environment.

Ballet/Tap/Tumble Ages 4-5
Ballet/Tap/Tumble is a creative movement class designed to introduce beginner ballet, beginner pre-jazz, beginner tap, and beginner tumble movement. Dancers will learn proper motor skills, correct terminology, gain flexibility, musical awareness, and enhance listening skills. This is a great class for a beginner dancer as he/she will learn coordination and poise while having fun in a nurturing environment.

Ballet/Tap/Jazz I Ages 5-6
Ballet is the foundation and technique of all styles of dance. Ballet is an art form that develops proper technique, alignment and posture, control, flexibility, coordination, poise, and discipline. All of these qualities will enhance the dancers training in all styles of dance. Ballet not only trains the body, but also the mind. Through this class, dancers learn the discipline that will spill over into other areas in their life as they grow older. This class is strongly recommended for all of our dance students. Pointe must be approved by the Instructor.
