Seven Star Kung Fu Academy summer camps are amazing. Camps run from 8am – 12pm. Kids 6 years old and up will learn effective Sanda, Submission Grappling, Tibetan Hop Gar and Tai Ji skills. Nerf games, park excursions, Lion Dance drumming are just some of the experiences your kids will have at our camps. Youth Program
Find this class to be fun, exciting and a great introduction to CMMA (Chinese Mixed Martial Arts). They will learn basic tumbling, Hop Gar (striking), takedowns, and submission grappling in a safe and challenging environment. A high paced, fun and challenging class focused on developing essential life skills and dynamic martial arts skills. Self Discipline, Self Confidence, and Goal Setting are just some of the life skills this class focuses on.
Students will learn striking, clinch work, takedowns, and submission wrestling. The lessons taught help students recognize the connection between what is learned in class and application in the real world. Emphasis is placed on competence and confidence with their skill sets and maximizing mind and body strength.
