Parents and children can have fun while learning to use their energy peacefully and effectively. Triangle Aikido is the perfect place for children and adults to learn the art of Aikido and gain a sense of self-confidence and respect.

Triangle Aikido is delighted to partner with The Budo Academy of Durham (B.A.D.) to offer a new program for children ages 6-13. Classes are Thursdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 11:00 AM.
