BeAKid
Pre Dance
Pre-Dance is a class for 3-5yr, pre-school students that meets once a week for one hour. This class is designed to teach a very basic foundation in Pre-Ballet, tap, and tumbling. In addition, this class incorporates important lessons in responsibility as dancers learn to put on their own tap & ballet shoes and store them away at the end of class. The use of props and story-telling engages and helps the child’s coordination and motor skills. Attire/ Shoes: Any color leotard and tights. May wear shorts or skirts. Dancers will need tan tap shoes and pink ballet shoes.

Combination: Ballet, Tap, And Hip Hop
This is a dance class for kindergarten through second grade students that meets once a week for ninety minutes. It is designed to bring the student past the basics of creative movement and introduce dance technique in ballet, tap, and jazz/hip hop. Dancers will build a love of dance and its varying styles. Attire/ Shoes: Any color leotard and tights. May wear shorts or skirts. Dancers will need tan tap shoes and pink ballet shoes.

Ballet
We offer a wide range of ballet classes for all ages ranging from elementary to high school ballet classes. The Checchetti method, the basis of all dance movement is what we focus on here at Bravo Dance Academy. It enhances technical form, alignment, placement and posture while concentrating on ballet terminology. Attire/ Shoes: Any color leotard with pink or black tights. Ballet skirts are optional. Dancers need pink ballet shoes.

Hip Hop/Jazz
This fun, high energy class teaches rhythm, musicality, coordination, and age-appropriate choreography. Our hip hop classes are combined with traditional jazz technique which is a very stylized and rhythmic dance style. Dancers will be exposed to traditional jazz, hip hop, funk jazz, contemporary, Broadway, and more. Attire/ Shoes: Any color leotard and tights. Shorts, capris, and tight fitting tops are optional. Dancers will need black slip-on jazz shoes.
