About SUN Martial Arts - Modern Skills, Traditional Values

At Sun Martial Arts, we are proud to have been serving the Concord/Harrisburg community since 2011. Our family-owned school was originally developed by US and Korean Special Forces military, offering a practical and easy to learn self-defense system. Sun Martial Arts is based on knowledge and movement, so no matter your size or physical ability, you can effectively defend yourself. Our classes are taught by certified expert instructors who are continually training and learning in the Martial Arts. We provide a unique curriculum for each class, which includes self-defense techniques, graceful movement, and exercises that build endurance and help you get into incredible shape. We also strive to help our students build confidence and reduce stress. With Sun Martial Arts, you can be sure you are getting the highest quality instruction.

KIDS MARTIAL ARTS
We're proud of our Kid's Martial Arts program. It's been specifically designed for children to teach kids discipline, respect, and confidence all while having a blast. Our classes are uniquely planned and feature self-defense technique learning and cardio endurance based exercises to get the blood flowing.
