About Artmosphere Community Arts Center
Artmosphere CAC is a vibrant and creative arts center nestled in the historic Walter R. & Eliza Smith Moore House, c.1835, located in the Cleveland area of Clayton. At Artmosphere CAC, we strive to foster meaningful relationships within the community through the arts. We offer a variety of workshops, classes, studio spaces, art materials, music lessons, and event spaces for people of all ages and skill levels.
Our interactive community-type garden provides the perfect backdrop to enjoy small-scale events, while our house can be used as a meeting space for the community. We are passionate about encouraging the enrichment of the arts of all types, and we invite the entire community to take part in our creative offerings.
From the moment you step foot into the historic Moore House, you can feel the energy of creativity that radiates throughout the space. Artmosphere CAC is here to inspire and cultivate the talent of the community, and we invite you to join us on our journey.

After School Children Art-Class (Ages 5y-19y)
Let your child explore through art! Students will learn about accomplished artists, techniques, mediums, and elements of art in this weekly project-based fun class. Students will gain fine motor skills as well as develop socially and emotionally. They will complete multiple projects per month with the new skills they are learning. All materials are included.
All Ages Monthly Painting Class
All Ages - Children 3yr and up, Teens, and Adults Too! Ages 5 and under need an adult to stay to assist, please. Each month students will have a different painting to work on. There will be opportunities for skill learning and individual expression. There will be as much guidance or freedom in instruction as needed or wanted. All materials are provided
Clay Classes
Take your garden to the next level by creating your very own garden gnome to inhabit it! In this class, we will explore various techniques used for centuries by clay makers. You will learn how to wedge, roll, and pinch your gnome to life! Once your gnome is formed you will choose multiple glaze colors to finish it off.
