About Perfect Balance Training Center
At Perfect Balance Training Center, we strive to make gymnastics a fun and enriching activity for children of all ages. Our program focuses on teaching gymnastics skills, keeping kids fit, and helping them develop important life lessons such as work ethic, time management, perseverance, and social skills. We want our athletes to leave their classes or practices with a sense of pride in what they accomplished that day. We believe that by equipping kids with the tools to set and reach their own individual goals, they will gain a greater appreciation for their accomplishments.
At Perfect Balance Training Center, we are committed to helping families create well-rounded kids who work hard and love what they are doing. Our gymnastics facility offers a variety of classes and activities designed to teach children the skills they need to succeed, both in and out of the gym. Through our unique programs, we hope to instill in our athletes the confidence and determination necessary to reach any goal they set their minds to.
Programs
The classes, camps and experiences this business offers.
PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
Tot Time is non-instructional playtime in the gym. It is geared towards parents looking for a place to play indoors with their preschool-aged toddlers in a safe, clean environment. Perfect Balance will provide a space with basic mats and apparatus for parents to play with his/her toddler. There will be no Perfect Balance instructors on the floor supervising or guiding parents so parents are fully responsible for their child or children. Parents must sign a waiver and commit to a set of rules to participate.
GIRLS RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
This is the beginning girl's gymnastics class at Perfect Balance. The girls in this class will be expected to watch, listen and follow instructions to master basic gymnastics skills and body shapes. The Flippers class will focus on beginning strength, flexibility, shaping, safety, and gymnastics skills based on the guidelines set forth by USA Gymnastics for beginner gymnastics.
BOYS RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
This is our basic gymnastics class geared just for boys. These boys will get basic gymnastics training that will provide them with great coordination, strength, flexibility, air awareness, discipline, safety comprehension, and some general gymnastics skills. All of these tools can be used for a future as a competitive gymnast or in any activity/sport that a child chooses to pursue.
