Kids Kickboxing/MMA ​( Juniors ages 6 to 12)

This system is a blend of multiple Martial Arts disciplines including Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo and Wrestling . Curriculum involves punches, kicks, knees, blocks, partner drills, throws, takedowns, takedown defense, as well as escape and evasion techniques. Our fun and active class structure enables any child to have the opportunity to reach their highest potential. In our Kickboxing/MMA class, your child will learn concepts of multiple combat sports, self-defense, basic fitness and coordination, focus, self discipline and self esteem. It is taught in a nontraditional format by experienced coaches and instructors in a proven fighting system.

Kids Hayastan Submission Grappling Judo, etc. (age 6-12)

The Hayastan Submission Grappling program is a compilation of traditional Jiujitsu, Judo, Wrestling and Russian Sambo. It is primarily a ground-combat art that consists of throws, arm locks, leg locks and controlling techniques. These techniques are blended with modern self-defense and combat sports techniques, such as those seen in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) tournaments. Hayastan Submission Grappling has been influenced by many countries around the world, including Japan, Korea, China, Russia, Armenia, Brazil and even America. It is an internationally recognized system founded by world-renowned Gokor Chivichyan and his instructor "Judo" Gene LeBell. Sensei Gokor is a world champion in Judo, Jiujitsu, Sambo and MMA competition.

Private Lessons & Personal Training (All ages)

We offer Private Lessons and Personal Training in all of our programs. You can take individual classes with a one on one instructor or you can have a private group with you and as many people as you want with the instructor of your choice. Private lessons are a great way to get ahead or just brush up on old technique. Some people like private lessons because they feel more comfortable one on one instead of in a class setting. With one on one training you will have a custom workout designed for you by the instructor of your choice. If you are interested in purchasing private instruction or personal training please contact the school and speak with one of the Instructors. Instructor availability may vary.
