BABY BONDING 3 MONTHS – 5 MONTHS

This 20 MINUTE class promotes infant growth and development through slow, rhythmical movements, tummy time, and lots of skin-to-skin contact. We create a sensory and motor experience in the pool that is vital to creating healthy bonding, enhanced brain development, and improved proprioception and motor skills.

TODDLER 1 6 MONTHS – 30 MONTHS

This class is a fabulous way to have fun and bond with your child as you explore the water together. You will be taught how to safely and enjoyably introduce your child to the aquatic environment. The primary goal of our Toddler 1 Class is to get your child comfortable in an aquatic environment and provide the foundation for water safety and independent swimming. Through songs, structured activities, and games, your instructor will teach you how to work with and support your child in preparation for an independent class when he/she is older.

30 MONTHS - 14 YEARS LEVEL 1

This class is designed to introduce children to the aquatic environment while introducing basic skills that will lead to independent, forward progression in the water.
