Our Academy is a safe, supportive environment that is dedicated to helping students reach their goals. We provide a space for students to learn martial arts, develop discipline and respect, and cultivate a sense of self-confidence that can be applied to all aspects of life. Our instructors and mentors are here to provide guidance and support, helping to build strong relationships within the Academy community. LITTLE NINJAS

Getting your child involved in Martial Arts at a young age has proven to help with motor skills, social skills as well as discipline, and fitness. In our Little Ninja class, we teach your child skills in a fun and safe environment that they will carry with them through life. Our program offers Taekwondo and Hapkido classes for boys and girls 3 to 5 years old. Our core values, discipline, respect, and honor, are at the heart of our curriculum and the kids reflect these values in their behavior on the mat, at home, and at school. The classes incorporate Fun physical training with kicking and punching skills that will help enhance or improve your child's motor skills, giving the children a martial arts education that both challenges and inspires them every time they step on the mat.

CHILDREN & ADULTS

Our program offers Taekwondo and Hapkido classes for boys and girls 4 years old and up. Classes are appropriate for adults of every age and fitness level. The benefits both children and adult students derive from martial arts training include increased confidence, improved physical fitness, weight loss, mastery of self-defense techniques, sparring skills, and an expanded social community. The classes are physically challenging while also providing exceptional instruction in technique, giving students both an invigorating workout and an unrivaled martial arts education.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

At Taekwondo After School the children are productive, in capable hands, and in a caring environment. The Taekwondo After School Program is a great way for parents to make the most of their children's after-school hours. Our mission is to help children develop discipline, focus, confidence, goal-setting skills, and respect. The children have designated homework and martial arts training, as well as free time for play, reading, and other activities. The After School rooms are stocked with books, games, and art supplies for the kids to use in their free time. Master Rebollar and the After School counselors provide stimulating, entertaining, and educational activities for the children so that by the time they are picked up, they have exercised, done their homework, socialized, and are ready to relax at home with their families.
