Our instructors are experts in their field, and they will help you and/or your child develop confidence, discipline, self-defense, goal setting and leadership skills. Hero Skills

Your 4 or 5-year-old will find this class to be fun, exciting and a great introduction to CMMA (Chinese Mixed Martial Arts). They will learn basic tumbling, Hop Gar (striking), takedowns, and submission grappling in a safe and challenging environment.

YOUNG HEROES

Kids 6-8 will find a high-paced, fun, and challenging class focused on developing essential life skills and dynamic martial arts skills. Self Discipline, Self Confidence, and Goal Setting are just some of the life skills this class focuses on.

Rising Heroes

This class will give kids 9-13 years old a well-rounded skill set. Striking a balance between high-energy martial arts with essential life skills training, Seven Star Kids Programs serve as a foundation for positive character building. Emphasis is placed on boosting self-confidence, improving focus, and maximizing mind and body strength. The lessons taught help students recognize the connection between what is learned in class and its application in the real world.
