About Cary School of Gymnastics

At the Cary School of Gymnastics, we are dedicated to providing your child with fundamental gymnastics skills from our exceptional preschool program. We offer a wide range of classes for girls and boys of all levels, providing an exciting and fun experience for your child. With two convenient locations in the Triangle area, we’re sure to have the perfect fit for you. Our Raleigh School of Gymnastics offers a highly competitive team atmosphere supported by a preschool and class program that will help your child advance through the levels and prepare them for higher level gymnastics. We also offer a more extensive USAG program of all different levels.

Camps
Year Round Day Camp registration is OPEN!! ALL campers must be registered ahead of time. Please register no later than the Thursday before the week of camp.

Stars Team Program
The STARS Team offers an opportunity for our recreational students to advance to a semi-competitive level. "Semi-competitive" means that they have opportunities to compete and display their skills without having a demanding schedule of competitive gymnastics. The gymnasts will be working towards modified USA Gymnastics routines from Level 1 to Level 5. The meets take place between other local gyms in the Wake County Area. The program will keep the gymnasts engaged in the sport and working towards personal goals without the stress of practicing 12 hours a week. The team practices are 2 hours. The girls have an option of doing one or two practices. The program strives to build self-confidence and discipline through determination and teamwork.
