BeAKid
OVERNIGHT CAMP
Our week-long Overnight Camp is our hallmark program that allows children to experience adventures in a safe, caring camp environment. Camper’s will stay from Sunday afternoon through Friday afternoon. Through a variety of activities, campers will have the opportunity to make new friends, create memories, and experience Christ. Children live in a cabin with up to 7 other children their own age. They learn to live, eat, work, and play together in a positive Christian setting. A well-qualified staff member lives with the children throughout their stay. Our goal is for the boys and girls to leave camp having had fun, but more importantly, to leave feeling good about themselves, their accomplishments, and the friends they made during the week.

DAY CAMP
Camp Mount Shepherd’s Day Camp serves children from across many communities in Central North Carolina. Weekly activities include canoeing, zip line, swimming, arts and crafts, and much more! Day Camp allows children to experience a wide variety of activities and adventures. These are used as tools to enhance a camper’s self-esteem, confidence and ability to interact with others. Children will be placed in appropriate age groups where they will play and work together in a positive atmosphere. Well-trained staff members will stay with them. Our goal is to ensure a safe, positive environment where your child will continue to learn and grow physically, mentally, and spiritually all summer long.

MINI CAMP
For campers ages 6-11, Mini Camp is a smaller version of our week long overnight program. It is an opportunity for our campers to see what overnight camp is all about without having to stay the whole week. Most activities are like the full week Elementary Overnight Camp where campers share in activities such as swimming, climbing, arts & crafts, hiking, campfires, and more.
