Choong Jae Nim Chun Sik Kim, the founder of the ITF, has his legacy living on through Triangle Karate. We are honored to be a part of the ITF and uphold its mission and principles. Children love our martial art classes because they are fun and the parents love our classes because of the life skills that children gain which stay with them forever. Unlike many other martial art schools, we are not fooling around but instead teaching the traditional martial arts as they have been taught for generations. It is this instruction that is synonymous with many of the benefits you have heard about with martial arts including respect. As time goes on, more scientists and experts are beginning to back the benefits of traditional martial arts!
