About Progressive Taekwondo Academy

At Progressive Taekwondo Academy we understand that learning Taekwondo is not just about physical movement but also about character development. Each student will learn the five tenets of Taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere where students can progress in their martial arts and as individuals. We strive to help each student build confidence, gain life skills, and have fun while getting in shape. We will also ensure that our students are respectful to the history of Taekwondo and remember that it is more than just kicking and punching but a way of life.

Youth Taekwondo
Progressive Taekwondo Academy’s youth program is appropriate for kids age 4 and up. Youth will love or fun and dynamic approach to teaching Taekwondo.

Adult & Teen Taekwondo
Teen & Adult Taekwondo classes at Progressive Taekwondo Academy will equip you with self-defense techniques and peak physical fitness! Classes are specifically designed to increase cardiovascular capacity, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. They can provide an opportunity for weight loss and stress relief. In addition, training in Taekwondo produces benefits beyond those of a traditional exercise program.

After School Program
One of the biggest challenges of parenting is finding wholesome and fun activities for your kids to do after school. It’s especially important if you work and you know your kids will be unsupervised for several hours a day. You want to know where your kids are and what they’re doing – and you want them to be learning something and not just playing video games. That’s where our after-school program comes in. Kids learn about martial arts, including the core tenets of respect, discipline, and perseverance, in a fun and social setting.
