About The Institution of Dance Arts

The Institution of Dance Arts understands the importance of movement and how it can be used to help students develop important life skills. Our instructors offer classes to all ages and abilities in a safe and inspiring environment. We strive to create dancers for life, ensuring our students understand and appreciate the art of motion. Our teachers are the cornerstone of our school, deeply passionate about providing a positive atmosphere for our students to express their creativity.

Dancers will learn technique, combination, vocabulary and history of their dance genre. Class genre options include ballet, contemporary/modern, hiphop, musical theatre jass and Holistic ballet yoga. Classes are seperated by age and in the case of youth classes level.
