Boys Gymnastics – 8 & older

This class combines strength & flexibility while developing agility and agility and coordination. This class utilizes all Men’s Olympic equipment, plus rope and trampolines. Recommended 8 years & older.

Girls Instructional Classes

American Gymnastics Girls' Instructional program is designed to meet the needs of recreational students from beginner to advanced. Classes use all 4 Olympic events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor plus trampoline, tumble track, foam pit, and rope. The program consists of several levels; Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum, to give your child a learning experience specific to their gymnastic ability.

Toddler through Preschool Gymnastics - Walking through 5 years o

American Gymnastics' pre-school programs are designed to meet the needs of children walking through 5.5 years old. Coaches follow weekly lesson plans developed to include skills appropriate for their age and ability. It is our mission to provide an educational, safe, and fun atmosphere for your child to grow. In addition to gymnastics skills, your child will have the opportunity to learn and practice listening skills, taking turns, following directions, and social interaction with other children.
