At TuneTown, we strive to provide a positive and nurturing environment for our customers and their families’ musical journey. We believe that music is an essential part of life, and that learning to play an instrument is an invaluable experience. From the beginner to the professional, TuneTown Music Gear has something for everyone. We are focused on helping customers and their families discover and enjoy their muses. John and Pam Edwards opened TuneTown Music Gear in 2004 in Wells, Maine. The proprietors bring generations of experience in the musical industry, and created a retail space with nine large state of the art lesson studios and a recording studio and live performance stage. TuneTown’s showroom has a wide selection of fretted instruments, keyboards, amplifiers, PA and recording gear, print music and accessories at competitive prices. In addition to the retail space, TuneTown provides repair and maintenance on stringed instruments, electronics, brass and woodwind instruments, and they stock major brand products. Their focus is on providing a positive and nurturing experience in music instruction, service, and sales. Whatever your musical experience level, TuneTown Music Gear has something for everyone. They strive to help customers and their families discover and enjoy their muses.

Piano Lessons
Piano is an excellent instrument to start on. Some say it's the best instrument to start on because it's the easiest to learn music theory on. It's very easy to see the patterns and relationships between the notes.

We recommend bringing drumsticks, and questions. We have 2 electronic drum kits for you to play along with your teacher.
