About Brixham Danceworks

At Brixham Danceworks, our three spacious dance studios provide a comfortable and safe environment for your dancer to learn and grow. Our studios feature dressing rooms, restrooms, and waiting rooms, so that families can watch their children in comfort. We offer a wide range of classes for both serious and recreational dancers, allowing children to find the perfect class for their skill level. Our expert teachers design classes to challenge each dancer, while also making sure that they are having fun and enjoying their time. We want your dancer to develop their skills and confidence in a nurturing, healthy environment. At Brixham Danceworks, we are committed to providing a safe, inviting space where your dancer can explore their passion for dance and reach their full potential. Our skilled and experienced teachers are here to guide and encourage your dancer as they grow and develop. With our three spacious studios, comfortable dressing rooms, restrooms, and waiting areas, you can trust that your dancer is in good hands.

Programs

The classes, camps and experiences this business offers.

Combination Classes (ages 3–5)

Classes consist of 20 minutes of tap, 20 minutes of ballet and 20 minutes of tumbling. Develops motor skills, rhythm, strength and flexibility. Three to four year olds and four and a half to five year olds are grouped separately.

PreTap/PreJazz (ages 6–7)

Classes consist of 30 minutes of tap and 30 minutes of jazz. For students who have finished the 5 1/2–7 Class, but are not quite ready for an hour long technique class.

Ballet

Consisting of a warmup bar, floor combinations, and diagonal work across the floor. Based on the Vaganova technique of Russian Ballet.
