About Fiddlehead Center for the Arts -Scarborough

Fiddlehead is a place where children can explore and find inspiration to be creative and innovative. We provide an environment that fosters learning and growth through the integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) in a fun and engaging way. Our goal is to give children the opportunity to develop their skills and explore their own interests. At Fiddlehead, our focus is on helping children become scientists, artists, and makers. We believe that combining the STEAM subjects is the best way to spark creativity and imagination. We offer a wide range of activities and materials to help children explore and express their ideas. From robotics to art projects, we strive to provide a stimulating and nurturing setting for children to learn and grow.

Homeschool Classes
Join us at Fiddlehead every Wednesday from 10am-2pm for STEAM-themed projects and social time with other homeschoolers! Parents do not need to stay, this is intended to be a drop off program. We will spend a lot of time outdoors so make sure to dress for the weather. We will continue to follow the CDC guidelines around social distancing and mask wearing - so for now masks are optional. Please pack a snack and a lunch with your child.
