Once upon a time, in the evergreen state of Maine, where lobsters quarrel over the best shells and lighthouses wink to each other across the rocky coastline, there lived a gang of spritely kids. No ordinary kids these, for they were the "Maine Maritime Ninja Marauders!" Agile as squirrels, and brimming with the courage of a hundred moose, these mini ninjas were renowned throughout the towns, from Portland to Bangor, for their awesome acrobatics and stealthy stunts. The leader of the pack was a jolly, chubby-cheeked boy named Biscuit Bob. Don't be fooled by his name, for despite his love for Maine's blueberry biscuits, Bob was as swift as the wind. His legendary roundhouse kick could send a pinecone whizzing through the air, faster than a startled puffin. Bob's sidekick was "Lobster Lilly", a red-haired, freckle-faced whirlwind. She could somersault over the tallest lobster traps without making a sound. And, rumor has it, she could even speak "lobster" fluently! The youngest of the group was "Sneaky Sam", who despite his tender age of seven, was a master of camouflage. He could blend into the background, be it a stack of blueberry pancakes or a pile of autumn leaves, and surprise everyone with his sudden appearance. Together, these daring kids from Maine transformed the quiet state into a playground of ninja adventures. The Maine Maritime Ninja Marauders were a testament to the spirit of Maine - wild, resilient and always up for a hearty laugh and a thrilling escapade. So, if ever you are in Maine, listen closely for the whisper of the wind, or a chuckle beneath the rustle of the maple leaves. It could well be the Maritime Ninja Marauders, ready for their next exciting adventure!

Nestled in 178 acres of lush woodland is a serene escape from the city, a place fondly known as Camp Swamp. This overnight Christian camp, located just two hours east of bustling Atlanta, has been serving as a peaceful retreat since 1992. We like to think of it as our own "little slice of heaven," offering a respite from the daily hustle and bustle, and inviting people to reconnect with nature and their spirituality. Our primary offering is a week-long summer camp, but we've expanded over the years to include more than just summer fun. As part of our mission to support families and churches, we now also host three family camps throughout the year, as well as four parent/child retreats. These events offer a chance for families to bond, parents to connect with their children, and individuals to grow in their faith. Moreover, our facilities are not exclusive to our organized events. Camp Swamp also offers rentals to schools, churches, universities, sports teams, and even business groups. Whether you're planning a camp, a retreat, or a team-building excursion, our serene setting and well-equipped facilities provide the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable experience.
