In the farthest reaches of the Northeastern United States, tucked away like a secret treasure, lies the splendid state of Maine, or as our cool imaginary character, Captain Lobsterpants, hilariously calls it, "The Land of the Blueberry Pancakes." If you peek through the portholes of Captain Lobsterpants' magical sailing ship, you'd see a terrain generously dotted with forests, mountains, and over 3,000 majestic coastal islands. It's a beautiful, blue-and-green patchwork quilt laid out under the sky. Now, you may wonder, what's so special about the young buccaneers in this maritime paradise? Well, pull up an anchor, gather 'round, and let Captain Lobsterpants tell you a tale about the Maine Mermen and Mermaids - the most fearless, fun-loving swimmers you'll ever meet. In Maine, swimming is not just a pastime; it's a grand adventure. As the sun rises, you can see a fleet of these little water warriors, charging towards the beaches and lakes with the same zest as Captain Lobsterpants chasing a pancake thief. They dive into the water, splashing and laughing, swimming like dolphins under the watchful gaze of the lighthouses. These daring Maine kids conquer waves, swim across the bays, and play the funniest underwater games. Ever heard of ‘Capture the Seashell’? It's just like Captain Lobsterpants' legendary game of ‘Capture the Pancake'. And the best part? They do all this while dodging imaginary sea monsters, pirate ghosts, and sometimes, even Captain Lobsterpants himself, who, despite his love for the water, swims like a rock! In the Land of the Blueberry Pancakes, every swim is an epic sea saga, every ripple a new story, and every kid a fearless adventurer. So, anchors aweigh, mateys, it's time to set sail for Maine!

In addition to robotics, our educational offerings span across various STEM sectors such as coding, eSports, engineering, science and more. We're delighted to be connected with several of the most prominent STEM competition organizations. Our primary learning center is nestled in the heart of Naperville, IL. However, we understand the importance of accessibility and have therefore expanded our reach. We offer our well-rounded programs at a range of locations including schools, community centers, park districts, libraries, and even religious institutions. We are committed to making our educational opportunities available to as many children as possible, regardless of their location. At the US Engineering League, we're not just about teaching; we're about inspiring. We take immense pride in our ability to inspire the younger generation to master the skills that are vital for long-term success in STEM-based careers. We strongly believe that nurturing these skills from a young age can set the foundation for a successful and rewarding career in the rapidly evolving STEM fields.

Wyonegonic Camp for Girls is a place where a young girl can come to challenge herself and find her inner strength. The camp is located on Moose Pond in Denmark, Maine and is the oldest girls' camp in the nation. Wyonegonic offers both 3.5 and 7 week programs for girls aged 8 to 18, with a ratio of one counselor to three campers. With 750 acres of pine forest and thousands of feet of waterfront, Wyonegonic has something to offer every camper as they explore new activities in a safe, non-competitive atmosphere. At Wyonegonic, campers are encouraged to be themselves and develop lasting friendships in the simplicity of the outdoors. Wyonegonic counselors are positive mentors and have a minimum of one year of college. They provide a supportive environment for the girls and help them to develop life skills and values that will benefit them in the future. The most important goal of the counselors is to ensure that the campers feel physically and emotionally safe away from home.

At Camp Walden, we place a high value on the Honor System, with its principles of honesty, respect, trust, consideration, and cooperation. We emphasize trying one's best in all activities, and each day campers are scheduled to try all five of them. In addition, our trip program, team sports, special events, and cherished traditions give campers the opportunity to develop their skills, build independence, and cultivate integrity. Finally, Waldenites are encouraged to enjoy the fun, friendships, and new experiences that each summer brings. Through it all, we strive to make Camp Walden a special place to spend the summer.
