Music Together® Babies classes are the perfect way to introduce your little one to the joy of music. With props and instruments designed for infants eight months and younger, each class offers forty-five minutes of music-filled fun with other new parents. Under the guidance of an early childhood music specialist, you and your baby can sing, dance, and play together, learning how your baby is developing musically and how you can encourage their growth at home. It’s time to bring music into your family life! Music Together® Babies classes are the perfect way to start the musical journey. You’ll learn how to infuse music into your baby’s daily life, plus be part of a supportive community of other new parents. As your baby grows, you can continue your musical education through Music Together classes for children of all ages. So come join the party—it’s time to get your music on!

Music Together® Mixed Ages

Each week in Music Together Mixed-Age Classes at Joyful Music, babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and the grownups who love them gather for 45 minutes of fun-filled family music time. Your teacher will lead you and the other families in music activities ranging from lullabies to full-on jam sessions (with child-friendly instruments, of course!). It’s so much fun you won’t realize how much learning is taking place!

Babies Class

Babies love music. This will come as no surprise to you if you’ve ever soothed your newborn to sleep with a lullaby or bounced him to the beat of your favorite song. But did you know your son or daughter is also a natural music-maker? It’s true: We are each born equipped to respond to music from a remarkably early age. There is a lot you can do to nurture your new little musician—even if you don’t think of yourself as a “musical” person. Making Music Together® from the very beginning will lead to a lifetime of shared musical enjoyment for both you and your child.

Canta y Baila Conmigo®

You can take this class alongside Music Together®, or you can save it for when your child "graduates" from Music Together. Canta y Baila Conmigo is a class for children up to 6 years old accompanied by an adult. This class is designed to support both Spanish language development and cultural competence through the use of children's songs and traditional music from Spain and Latin America. It is ideal for bilingual parents and caregivers seeking an authentic setting in which to interact in Spanish with their own children as well as with a broader Spanish-speaking community.
