About Fiore Piano Studio

Learning how to improvise and compose, as well as sight-reading, can open the door to music becoming a path for self-expression and creativity. As you and your student explore the wonderful world of music, you'll discover that gaining the skills to play in different musical settings, from solo to duet to ensemble, will help your child stay involved with music for a lifetime. With the ability to improvise and compose, your student will be able to express their own musical ideas, leading to an increased enjoyment of the musical experience.

Private Lessons
Private Lessons for Kids and Adults age 5 and up Students are guided from the beginning ... ...through a comprehensive program which covers all aspects of rhythm, technique, theory and sight reading. Students play a variety of music from classical literature to popular and jazz. Improvisation is introduced through playing blues and simple chord progressions. Students are guided through composition projects and perform them at an annual recital. A Spring Recital is held annually and students are also encouraged to participate in the annual Piano Guild auditions. With the skills they develop, students have the confidence to perform and audition for school bands and ensembles.

Group Lessons for Kids
Taking a piano class with other kids is a fun way to learn piano! Children will learn a repertoire of 10 songs in several keys both major and minor through a process of singing and playing, movement, notation games, drumming and much more.
