About Little Angels Daycare Nursery School

At Little Angels, we understand that each child is unique and special. We aim to provide programs that are tailored to each child’s individual needs, helping them to reach their fullest potential. We believe that even at a young age, every experience is an opportunity to learn, and seek to cultivate a love of learning in our students. Through group activities and experiences, we also focus on teaching children important social disciplines such as cooperation, following directions, and respect. We recognize that each child develops differently and at different stages, and we strive to create a nurturing environment for each one to thrive in.

Kindergarten

The Kindergarten curriculum at Little Angels is an extension of the same goals and philosophy as the pre-school curriculum. The rich, multi-sensory classroom environment, motivating strategies, and stimulating materials offer students the foundations for their optimum development. We strive to offer each child the support, stimulation and appropriate challenges necessary for a strong foundation for confident life long learning.

Preschool 3 YEAR OLD PROGRAM

In our 3-year old Program, we give the children an opportunity to “learn how to learn” by helping them discover answers through hands-on learning activities that stimulate their curiosity and creativity. Our curriculum activities foster a positive self-image in each child and facilitate their intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. Developmentally appropriate themes and activities are chosen monthly and the curriculum is based around each theme. The children will experience learning through dramatic play, music, art, science, stories and much more. Each classroom is set up with learning centers to encourage children to engage in independent exploration and to use their imaginations.

Preschool 4 YEAR OLD PROGRAM

Our teachers outline activities to maximize areas of interests in order to enhance the learning capabilities of each child. Our program uses developmentally appropriate methods and materials as a means for students to acquire and apply academic skills, gain social competencies, and to enjoy the learning process. One of our objectives is to fine-tune skills that children will need to adapt to the Kindergarten setting.

BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

The Little Angels Adventure Club Before and After School Program offers engaging and stimulating opportunities for students with an atmosphere that balances student learning, physical activity, and free time in an enjoyable and nurturing setting. These activities are of sufficient range to appeal to many personalities and interests, and seek to extend the child’s skills and experiences. With a focus on social and emotional wellness, our experienced staff members provide a warm, caring environment, encourage collaborative problem solving, and provide positive opportunities for creativity and socialization to ensure that each child is supported and thriving.
