About Michelle Goodwin's School of Dance

At Michelle Goodwin's School of Dance, we strive to provide a fun and rewarding experience for each student regardless of age or experience level. Established in 1973, our school has been helping our community enjoy the performing arts for over four decades. We have two air conditioned studios and plenty of free parking, as well as a lobby for viewing classes (currently closed due to COVID restrictions). Our goal is to make each student's journey through dance a positive one. At Michelle Goodwin's School of Dance, we believe that everyone can enjoy the performing arts. Whether a student is a preschooler, an adult, a beginner, or a professional, we strive to make the dance experience a positive one. With over 40 years of experience, our school takes pride in teaching the joys of dance to all who come to us. Our facilities are equipped with two air conditioned instructional studios, a lobby for viewing classes (currently closed due to COVID restrictions), and plenty of free parking. At Michelle Goodwin's School of Dance, we are dedicated to sharing the gift of dance with our community. We have been doing so since 1973 and are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and rewarding experience to all of our students. Preschool Ballet
(Ages 2 years 10 months-4 years) Fun and positive instruction in Ballet and Creative Movement encouraging student participation and building self-confidence through movement and music. (45 minute class)

Intro Jazz
(Ages 5-6) An introduction to Jazz * Student must take Kinderdance to take Intro Jazz.

Pre-Pointe
An experienced dancer may progress to Pointe. Pointe requires strength and skill and is one of the most elegant forms of dance. Students need teacher recommendation for Pointe and must take an accompanying Ballet class
