The progressive lessons are designed to help build your child's confidence while teaching them skills that can be applied to other sports and activities. Tumbling Classes
Our tumbling classes are recommended for thoses who want to improve their tumbling skills. This class focuses on safe and proper techniques for all tumbling skills.

Preschool Classes
This program is designed for children ages 2 + years. Here, we focus on strengthening basic skills and building body awareness, while still focusing on all of the Olympic events. The children also run through a series of activities designed to stimulate, educate, and improve socialization. These classes are co-ed and also meet one time per week for 45 minutes.

Gymnastics
Our beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes are recommended for children aged five and older. These classes are grouped closely in age and ability to ensure efficient learning. Classes are centered on either women's or men's Olympic events. All classes focus on proper form, skill progression, and technique. Our gymnastics curriculum for these programs follows the progressions promoted by USA Gymnastics. The beginner classes meet one time per week for 1 hour, Intermediate classes meet one time per week for 1 1/2 hours, while the advanced classes meet one time per week for 2 hours or 2 times per week for a total of 4 hours.
