About Donoma Gymnastics

At our safety-oriented facility, we offer a wide range of programs for toddlers to teens that promote play and positivity. Our competitive gymnastics, swim lessons, summer and holiday camps, and skill clinics are all designed to help children have fun, gain confidence, and stay active. Parent & Me Class

14 months to 3 years Our Parent and Me class is thirty minutes long. We do three, ten-minute events each class. The curriculum focuses on three main skills at a time, and we do lots of repetition and fun stations to encourage children to try new things and use their bodies in different ways. We always encourage exploration and believe positive affirmation is the best way forward. It's not just rolling, jumping, swinging, and landing.

Preschool

For ages 3-5 years Our preschool class runs for 45 minutes and has morning and late afternoon options. Students will do a guided warm-up to music that goes with the theme of our setup. They then go to three different events practicing drills, body shapes, and safety landings geared towards the skills that we are working on for that session.

Grade School Class - Ages 6+

Grade School Class Our Grade school Program focuses on the fundamentals of gymnastics, using unique drills to enhance and perfect skills while helping to develop a healthy & active lifestyle. Students will work on the 4 Olympic Events: Floor Exercise, Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, and Vault. While progressing thru the year, all students will learn routines for each event.
