About Sterling Gym

At Sterling Gym, we make gymnastics more fun! Our facility and staff provide a positive learning atmosphere for every athlete. To ensure a safe and successful experience, we suggest that girls wear leotards and boys wear shorts and t-shirts. We ask that all clothing be fitted and free of buckles, snaps, and zippers. Hair must be tied back and no jewelry or gum is allowed in the activity areas. In addition, tights with feet and leotards with tu-tu's are not allowed. For your convenience, we offer one session that runs from September to June with an automatic payment schedule. Open enrollment is also available throughout the year to help make your schedule easier! At Sterling Gym, we strive to make gymnastics an enjoyable experience for everyone. With our experienced staff and safe environment, we’re confident your child will have a successful and positive experience. Let’s get started today!

Jungle Gym classes for children 18-30 months

This program is designed for children 18 to 30 months of age. Classes provide an introduction into movement and coordination with an emphasis on gross motor skill development. Each class is taught in a structured environment, with the help of a parent or adult so that even our youngest gymnasts learn in a safe and fun atmosphere.

Jungle Gym classes for children 2-1/2 to 3 years

This class is an introduction to basic gymnastics where balance, strength and motor skills are introduced and developed on all apparatus. This is a parent / instructor-directed class.

Jungle Gym classes for children 4-5 years old

This is a continuation of basic gymnastics where skills are built upon through a sequential learning process. Children start to work more independently as they move through circuits and obstacles with the supervision of an instructor. Gymnastics terminology is also introduced.
