Learning Center
The core program offers developmentally appropriate activities that foster emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Certified staff offers a structured environment full of open-ended questions, engaging activates, coaching, prompting, molding and inquiry in regards to the world around us. They provide weekly lesson plans to the parents for all age groups.

After School & Vacation Programs
Between school vacation, holidays, snow days, ½ days and early release days, Playful Minds understands how school breaks often cause parents scrambling for care. They provide fun activities, projects, play, outdoor exploration and field trips. Each vacation week is specifically planned to engage and entertain your children. Playful Minds offers a nurturing, safe and affordable setting, offering a variety of creative, physical, and intellectual activities. Certified energetic staff will go the extra mile to meet the needs of your individual child/children. Homework help and tutoring is available as well.

Summer Program
Summer is about play, building lasting friendships and going back to the basics of life. They encourage our children to get down and dirty though hands-on team building activities, problem-solving while constructing a positive community though enrichment programming. A large component of our summer program includes literacy, writing journals, and academic based play (shhh… don’t tell the kids). Playful Minds is part of the Connected Learning in Afterschool and Summer Partnership (CLASP), formerly known as Hasbro Summer Learning Initiative. Playful Minds joined up with the local library to provide specific assignments and required reading for the individual grade levels. Join us for a summer of creative play, outdoor exploration, arts & crafts, music and songs, learn, grow, and have fun.
