Tom Shannon is a visionary who revolutionized the bowling industry. In 2013, he made a bold move by purchasing AMF Bowling Centers, rescuing the company from bankruptcy and adding hundreds of locations to his portfolio. The following year, Bowlmor AMF launched Bowlero, a dynamic new brand to bring bowling to a whole new level.
In 2014, Shannon made another big move by acquiring Brunswick Corporation’s bowling center business, uniting two longtime industry rivals for the first time in history. His next major move came in 2019, when he acquired the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) in partnership with FOX Sports.
Today, Bowlero Corp is a global media company and the largest owner and operator of bowling centers in the world. With over 8,000 team members, 12,000 lanes, and 28 million guests per year, Bowlero is providing exceptional service, incredible value, limitless potential, and powerful results.
