Programs

The classes, camps and experiences this business offers.

MILITARY KIDS CAMP

We are welcoming and safe space for kids of all faiths, backgrounds, and gender identities. We teach fundamental Christian values such as peace, love, justice and kindness through our engaging and high energy daily chapel services and Bible-studies. Participation in all activities, including our faith based programming, is voluntary. We operate our faith-based programming under the assumption that at least 75% of our campers are not christian and/or have never experienced religious activities.

DAY CAMP

Each week’s theme shapes and influences the activities planned for each day of camp but what can you rest assured that Grotonwood teaches kids to embrace the great outdoors and enjoy time away from phones and electronic devices (please leave these at home). We host traditional camp activities like Archery and cutting-edge camp activities like Segways in order to keep things interesting and help our campers build life skills such as how to problem solve, be independent, and use critical thinking.

YOUTH OVERNIGHT CAMPS

Judson Village received an interior renovation in February 2022. The cabins have new bunks, flooring, lighting, paint, wall hooks and floor length mirrors. With capacity for up to 44 campers, and comprising of 4 cabins and one large lodge (usually used for support staff), each cabin sleeps ten campers and up to four staff (who sleep in an adjoining room). Each cabin boasts two modern bathrooms with hot running water, bunkbeds, electricity and box-fans.
