In 2020, the farm produced 8,000 pounds of fresh produce on a half acre of land. This number increased to 30,000 pounds in 2021, with plans to cultivate 1.5 acres in 2022. Thanks to the dedicated staff at Highlander Farm, Garfield County families and those in the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys have access to healthy, nutrient-dense produce.
