Xtreme Athletics is a family-run gym on Cape Cod that offers a range of classes for boys and girls of any age or skill level. Located in Sandwich MA, just over the bridge, this gym specializes in All Star Cheerleading, Gymnastics, Tumbling, and Ninja classes. Parents, this is the perfect place to launch your child’s fitness and athletic journey. Each of the classes offered at Xtreme Athletics are designed to be both fun and challenging, allowing kids to develop strength, coordination and confidence. Recreational Gymnastics

Children between the ages of 6 and 12, will develop their bodies and their minds through the challenging and exciting sport of gymnastics. Children will improve balance and learn to control the body through movements that become progressively more difficult. Aspiring gymnasts will achieve a fantastic basis for all sports. The development of strength and flexibility, as well as speed and agility are just a few of the many benefits of gymnastics training. Confidence and perseverance are wonderful traits that a foundation in gymnastics will enhance and foster.

USAG Team

Competitive gymnastics can be a major commitment for an individual athlete and her family. If determination to master one level at a time and progress toward long term goals of competing at the highest level in the sport are the goal, then the levels program at Xtreme Athletics is a wonderful opportunity to find success and go after your dreams. Athletes train very hard year round to be successful. The physical and mental challenges are great and the physical and mental strength development will serve a gymnast well throughout her lifetime.

Lil Ninja

Lil Ninjas is the entry level to the all-new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement. Class goals: Listening skills, confidence, trying new things, working through frustration, and manners. We do all this through a strategic mix of skills and progressions.
