At ABC Gymnastics, we are dedicated to helping your child develop confidence and character through gymnastics! Our programs provide a safe and supportive environment in which your athlete can grow and flourish. Our coaches adhere to the highest standards of gymnastics training, allowing children to learn the importance of physical fitness and develop independence. Through our programs, your child will have the opportunity to make lifelong friends and learn to socialize, share, take turns, and follow directions. Our coaches love seeing the smiles and hearing the laughter as children learn new skills and gain confidence. We are committed to providing a positive and encouraging atmosphere where each child can grow and reach their highest potential.

SCHOOL AGED CLASSES (Ages 5+)

This program is for ages 5+ that focuses on all 4 women’s apparatus as well as the tumble trak. We use drills and stations to aid in the teaching of all the basic fundamental gymnastics skills. Gym Star classes are 50 minutes. Gym Star 1 is a beginners class/1st year of gymnastics instruction, Gym Star 2 is the next level up (2nd year) and Gym Star 3/4 is an advanced beginners class for students in their 3rd or 4th year of instruction. Our curriculum is designed to challenge the students to the best of their ability, and we use lots of positive reinforcement to help build their confidence! Each station on every event is designed to have 3 choices of skills to make sure every superstar is LEARNING LOTS OF AWESOME GYMNASTICS while having an absolute blast!

GIRLZ GYM JAMS

(Ages 10+) This class is UNIQUE to SSGA! This is a multi-level gymnastics class for more mature students! This class is ONLY for ages 10 and up, so the students feel completely comfortable learning the AWESOME & FUN sport of gymnastics. The curriculum is similar to our Gym Star program and is also 50 minutes. All the apparatus will be used, plus Tumbl Track.

PRESCHOOL CLASSES CO-ED

Ages 2.5 to 3.5 years) This is SSGA’s version of a Parent and Tot class! This class is 40 minutes long. These classes promote early development and provide a strong foundation for your child’s critical first four years. Weekly classes will help your child achieve new milestones and prepare for more advanced challenges during each stage of growth. And since you’re along for the ride, you will be right there to celebrate every discovery with smiles, hugs and the occasional adult-sized giggle. Children also learn and develop perceptual awareness, introduction to colors, language development and self-expression, knowledge of numbers and letters, and initial problem solving skills when they are in a structured gymnastics program.
