At In Sync, we offer a variety of classes for preschoolers, including dance, ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, pointe, competitive teams, performance teams, voice, guitar, piano, drums, strings, brass, and woodwinds. Our team of passionate instructors are committed to providing a fun and nurturing learning environment that encourages creativity and growth. We believe that it is essential to foster a positive relationship with your children so that they can reach their full potential.

MINI STARS | Ages 3 - 4
Mini Stars classes use the basics of ballet, tap, acrobatics, and creative dance to increase coordination, body awareness and rhythm. We use a theme month system so that every month we learn dances, songs, and steps according to the theme of the month! Preschoolers learn the best when they are having fun and we are having lots of it in these classes. Ask about our special “mini” recitals for all of our preschool dance classes!
STAGE STARS | Ages 3 - 6
Stage Stars is a fun introduction to musical theater for ages 3 – 6. We will work on expression, creativity, character development, singing, dancing and line memorization. Pair this with a Mini or Kinder Stars class for complete preparation for the stage!
DANCE KIDZ | Grades 1 & 2
Combo dance classes consist of classical ballet and tap. Towards the end of the year, we will introduce some basic jazz. Grades1&2combo dancers will perform two routines in our June recitals.
GROOVE KIDZ | Grades 1 & 2
This high-energy class is an integration of hip-hop music and dance style! Always appropriate, we teach our Hip-Hop classes with age-appropriate music and movement. Hip-Hop allows for lots of personal style and improvisation as well as fun choreography!
Music Program
Private 30-minute music lessons are available Monday – Saturday. Please call the office for specific lesson availability. Our In Sync Music Students participate in both a December holiday recital and another June recital! Our instructors are all experienced professionals. Berkeley grads, public school teachers, performance artists, and the best in their fields!
