About Encore Dance Academy

Our specialized dance program is designed to help your child reach their full potential, both on and off the dance floor. With our program, your child will not only learn the technical skills required to be an effective dancer, but also the life-skills that will help them to become the best person they can be. Our curriculum focuses on providing your child with the tools they need to develop strong character traits, such as perseverance, discipline, and respect for self and others. At our studio, your child will be encouraged to push themselves and take risks in order to reach their highest potential as a dancer and as an individual. Our experienced instructors have developed a curriculum that is engaging and challenging, while also being fun and rewarding. We focus on helping your child become not only a better dancer, but also a better person. Through our program, your child will gain the skills and confidence needed to be successful both on and off the dance floor.

Wiggles and Giggles
This class is a parent/caregiver participation class for your little toddler. In this class, the student will learn the fundamentals of musicality and dance in a fun, creative and nurturing environment through song, dance and the use of props

Ballet
The foundation of all dance forms and essential for reaching one’s fullest potential as a dancer. Body placement, flexibility, balance, strength and technique are achieved through bare and center floor work. In ballet, students will not only develop grace and poise but the self-discipline needed to excel as a dancer

Musical Theatre
This upbeat class gives an introduction to acting through dance Broadway-style dance technique and choreography. Students will learn numbers from popular musical productions, past and present. This is an excellent class for students to develop self-confidence and show-stopping stage presence.
